3 rd Degree Felony

2 to 10 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Kidnapping, Indecency with a Child by Exposure, Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution, etc.

State Jail Felony

From 6 months to 2 years in a State Jail Facility and a up to a $10,000 fine.

Credit Card Abuse, Evading Arrest with a vehicle, Endangering a Child, Interference with Child Custody, etc.

Class A Misdemeanor

Up to 1 year in jail and a $4,000 fine.

Assault Family Violence, 2 nd Offense for Driving While Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest, Public Lewdness, etc.

Class B Misdemeanor

Up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.

Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Trespass, Indecent Exposure, Prostitution, etc.

Class C Misdemeanor

Maximum fine of $500, no jail time.

Traffic ticket, Disorderly Conduct, etc.
