Choosing the Right Attorney

The best piece of advice is to simply go with someone you are comfortable with. The Attorney-Client relationship is at the heart of your legal representation. Choose someone who will listen to you and go out of their way to do what they can for you. Make sure the lawyer you choose is someone you can trust and rely on.

I would also advise someone looking to hire an attorney to stay away from those lawyers willing to guarantee an outcome to your case if you can pay their fee. Every case is different and no lawyer can predict the future. How can an attorney promise you your case will be dismissed without having read a single page of a police report or talked to a single prosecutor? They can’t!

The only guarantee that I give my clients is that I will do everything I can for them. I will fight as hard as I can and do everything in my power to protect my clients as much as possible.
